Job Description

The Theater Support Coordinator is an individual contributor supporting several areas of the accounting function for the organization.  This role is a temporary, part time role.  Job responsibilities include:

  • Keying and obtaining appropriate approvals for all non-TX stores except SoCal and Intercompany
  • Entering Film Invoices and reconciling with studios
  • Uploading FedEx, Office Depot and Global Facility Management invoices weekly
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring month-end store packets are coded and keyed by Friday following period end
  • Confirming inventory files have been updated and reviewed by GM at period end and uploading to Great Plains
  • Entering Texas mixed-beverage gross receipts invoices
  • Answering prelim questions from GMs and AMs
  • Credit card payment processing as required
  • Provide accounting support to all non-TX locations except SoCal as needed


  • 2-3 years administrative office support experience preferred
  • Attention to detail, ability to focus
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills – formulas, refreshing data connections and pivot tables, table format
  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of accounting systems – Great Plains experience strongly preferred
